Otto Rothenburgh (1893 – 1992) was an American modernist painter born in Philadelphia who built a long career creating cityscapes, genre scenes, and landscapes, with periods of travel and work in Europe and Mexico. He studied at the Art Students League of New York and exhibited at institutions such as the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, as well as with the Society of Independent Artists. In addition to fine art, he was also noted for scenic and theatrical design work during his career.
