Shipping policy

  • Products eligible for standard shipping will be dispatched using UPS and include tracking information.
  • Most items are packed and shipped within 3 days of an order recieved.
  • For select items that demand special handling during packaging and shipping, such as large or delicate items, please allow up to 7 days for shipping.
  • For specific products requiring special handling, like crating, professional movers, or oversized items that can't be shipped through regular services, the delivery time may be 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Furniture and oversized items are shipped and priced individually, with the moving company setting the cost based on factors like size, weight, and distance traveled. These rates are determined by the movers or shippers and are to be paid at time of purchase.
  • Any claims in regards to shipping must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
